Isadora is a global specialist in gender equality, based in Scotland.

At CARE International, she is the head of gender equality in humanitarian action. She is an expert in her field.

In 2013 she created Rapid Gender Analysis for the Syrian conflict. More than 90 organisations in 60 countries have used Rapid Gender Analysis.

She is passionate about women's leadership. She founded and co-leads the global Women Lead in Emergencies Initiative.

Isadora represents the Baha'i Community of Scotland in the Scottish Religious Leaders Forum.

She has a Masters in Gender Equality (Magna Cum Laude) from the Institute of Development Studies.
