Meditative Moments

On July 9th Baha’is throughout the world commemorate the martyrdom of the Bab, the precursor and co-founder of the Baha’i Faith.

The similarity of his story and that of Jesus is striking and the programme prepared for this occasion illustrates the close parallel between the Bab’s martyrdom and Christ’s crucifixion and indeed other events during their short lives.

As Carolyn and I will be on the isle of Skye, visiting my daughter at this time, the Baha’i friends there have kindly agreed to join us using their Zoom link.
