Riverside Naturally - Orchard Maintenance March

Orchard Maintenance will still take place this month though taking reasonable precautions, inclusing work gloves are essential given the current risks of disease transmission.  

Please join us if you can, new volunteers always welcomed.  You can also find out first hand about out plans for more wild flowers.  No experience necessary.  

 There is lots to do - 

• Remove any dead, diseased, damaged or dying twigs or branches
• Check fruit and remove damaged / rotten ones
• Weed around trees
• Clean/weed seating area and seats

We will need to hoe, rake, brush cut/trim and dig.  Please bring any tools that you can and don't forget your gardening gloves. Hope to see you there.
